Westminster is blessed to have George F. Johnson as Director of Music. George provides an array of special music during services that inspires, uplifts and soothes our inner spirit. Choir selections as well as musical and voice solos add to the worship experience for members and visitors alike. If you would like more information on our music direction or would like to offer feedback and suggestions, please contact the church office.

A Special Note from George about Organ Music in our Sanctuary: Unlike many churches where the sound of the organ emanates from the front of the chancel, the majority of the sound from our organ comes from large speakers in the walls to the left and right of the sanctuary entrance. Thus, most of the sound is produced just over the heads of the people seated in the rear of the church. Since the sound must travel from that point to the front of the church and into the transepts, the organ will sound exceptionally loud to those seated in this area. If you perceive the organ as too loud, it could lessen the impact if you move your seat closer to the front of the church.
